Well, to me it tastes kinda weird, as if someone has mixed sugar and grass and a few bits of strange-tasting stuff into some sort of noxious concoction. I haven't drunk any sugarcane juice ever since I was a child, so I don't know how it's tastes like now, but I'm still staying away from it, all the same.

Every time I've tried it, I've like it. Very mild, kind of sweet and grassy tasting. Of course, the stuff I got was laced with a ton of ice, and a much pale green than the shade in your pic. Different recipe in Thailand?
