I really don't want to start drama. I just feel more comfortable around other women and, inspired by that LoL secret, I was wondering if you guys know of any MMOs with a large female player base.

I...don't know? I don't really ask [and some of the races are pretty hard to tell] but it seems like there's a pretty good number of females on GW2?

I think SWTOR does. If anything, the tumblr fandom for it is largely female.

SWTOR is *horrible* as far as FtP - at least last time I checked.

I was actually referring more to game mechanics/restrictions than the chat [I usually turn the major channel off for games anyways.]

The one time I tried it out, which was - admittedly - not long after the FtP option came available they were kind of screwing their FtP players over with making ridiculous stuff like 'You must be level 15 to sprint/run' or their restrictions on chat,tells, and mail.

Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2 both have, ime, a large female fanbase. That and the community is pretty chill. The few awful things I've seen in mapchat have nearly immediately had people calling them out and telling them to stop.
