Because the reason old guys fantasize about banging teenagers is because in their head they are still teenagers too. It is the happiest time in most people's lives. They don't, or at least a percentage significantly over 99.9% don't, intend to actually bang a teenager just fantasize about the time they were young, virile, and happy. Its harmless really.

If so many old guys are still teenagers in their heads, where are all the old ladies who lust after little boys because they still feel young? Where is the old lady/young boy sex tourism market? Where are the mailorder husbands? Where are all the old lady pimps and their sex orgies? Where are the men dressing up as sexy little school boys for their 20+ years older wifes?

Those women are out there, there is just fewer of them for a variety of reasons, a major one of them being that women in the western world are culturally primed to still see men in their 20s-30s as desirable rather than teenage. You think it is a coincidence that women's magazines have a lot of models in that age range in them? Women look for different things in their porn and fantasies.
