This man has a pretty face but he should take care of his hair because at least in this picture it looks terrible. Wouldn't he look so much better if it was grown out, in better condition and a natural color that matched his eyebrows?

... I don't think that the bright red color is supposed to look tidy and natural. That's sort of missing the point? He does look nice with dark hair, too.
