There is no evidence this happened, no charges were filed, and the accuser has a nasty history of false allegations.

I can't stand Fassbender and would love to see his reputation go down in flames, but only for something he actually did. And it's doubtful he really did this. The lack of evidence and the accuser's history of false accusations makes it impossible to believe her claims are true.
