It's not exactly a new thing that Who has reused actors, Colin Baker was on Who before he became 6. Freema was on before she was Martha. And in the same episode that Peter was in, Karen was there before she was Amy.

They could have a throwaway line like the one with Martha (where she talks about her "cousin" at torchwood) or they may ignore it.

I am excited for a new doctor though.

True. I just think it would be cool if there was a shout out somewhere somehow. I`m not expecting anything besides a "have I seen you before?"

AYRT. Karen had a cute tweet where she mentioned seeing Peter in Pompeii before. They may have a quick line about it in the show.

Did she? Aww. Maybe Clara will mention it or Jack can have a cameo as I miss him.
