I'm worried about overloading my tumblr dash with Welcome to Night Vale posts so I've reorganized my entire queue of 50+ posts so that I have two non-Night Vale posts inbetween every Welcome to Night Vale post. Now as I'm queuing even more posts later I realize I might have enough extra other stuff to be able to put three inbetween each post. But this would be a lot of work to reorganize it again. I'm irritated with myself for even seriously considering it. I am a dork and an idiot. No one cares but me.

That's very... I don't know, it's thoughtful. It does make you a dork but the kind of dork that's cool. At least in my book.

I am a cool dork. *Puts on shades but then pokes herself in the eye with it*

Seriously though, half the people who follow me like Night Vale too so I'm just being weird.

Oh thank god I am not the only one who does this. I have been reblogging a bunch of Night Vale too, so I have been trying to stagger it between my regular fandoms. I just queued up like 70 posts I had in my Likes (from my trip) and had to go through and make sure it wasn't just 8 posts of Night Vale. : /

You're doing it too? I... I hadn't noticed. That's actually probably the point. So that people won't notice.

Well, we'll be doing it together... and probably reblogging from each other too. Ahahaaa... So at least we're not alone.

I follow someone who will sometimes post like 20 pictures of some person she likes in a 2 minute period, and it drives me crazy. So, I try to keep my queue staggered. Then again, my queue only posts 7 things a day from 7-8.

I've noticed. It's easy to follow you. I don't follow anyone like that but I do follow people who mass post random stuff and at first it took a while to get used to. I post at the very most 30 things from 5 to 9. (Though it's normally 23.) Then If I need to I will run over from 9 to 10 with more stuff. I'm gonna have to do that today, eugh. I hate having to reset the times on my queue. (Also, apparently they don't work past midnight. If I'm running from, say, 10pm to 2am my queue flips out and doesn't know what to do.)

I'd like to reblog like 10 a day, but I always seem to have a hard time queueing up enough things. I have been meaning to Follow more people, but I always get distracted.

How many people do you follow? I follow, like, 50.

As a Tumblr user who follows people while only liking about 3/4 of the stuff they post, I want to say thank you. I hate being overwhelmed with a bunch of stuff from a show I don't watch. (Or overwhelmed with a bunch of Tumblr Saviored notices in the case of Teen Wolf.) I understand everyone is not going to like exactly what I like, but it is easier to handle if it is spread out.

(With that being said, I think two posts between is fine. No need to reorganize again.)

Aw, thanks for letting me know. I also obsessively tag everything too so if they have Welcome to Night Vale black listed they would have been getting a lot in a row before I reorganized it. I don't have tumblr savior so I didn't know it told you when it blocked stuff... huh.

You can set Tumblr Savior to either show you when it blocks something or not. I choose to have it show me because sometimes things are blocked in error. Or sometimes someone I know is not a fan of a show has something blocked from that show and I want to see why. And clicking on the blocked notification lets me see the post.

And, yes, there is nothing like having 8/10 things on a page be blocked notifications because it is the day after Teen Wolf aired. Sigh...

(I mean, I can only speak for me, but I follow enough blogs that with two posts between each, I wouldn't be seeing it that often, and I'd be fine with it. Even though I don't listen to the show.)

Huh, that's pretty cool. Thank you for explaining how it works to me. One of the reasons I wasn't ever thinking of getting it was because I didn't want to miss certain posts from others who tag their stuff with things like "porn" and "nsfw" but they're actually on the line between so I'm okay with it. Instead, I just didn't follow certain people. I might just check it out now. Thank you.

But yeah, no, this is all good to know for me. (And that sucks about your Teen Wolf stuff. Sorry anon.)

Doing it isn't bothering me. The thought or reorganizing it for a second time after already doing it bothered me. But people here thought two inbetween was good enough so I just went with that. I was also kind of upset with myself for considering doing it when no one would probably notice the difference between 2 and 3 inbetween.
