I haven't had my period in two fucking months and I don't know why. I'm not stressed, and even if I *was* having sex, it wouldn't be with anyone who had the ability to get me pregenant.

Are you underweight? Because that could be a reason. Either way, I would go see a doctor if that is a possibility for you.

Nope, I'm a little on the chubby side actually. I would say it's because I've recently started excising more regularly, but that was only a month or so back so...yeah.

I probably will, once I finish a slightly more important appointment, tbh.

I've skipped mine at times when I didn't particularly feel stressed but in retrospect I probably was - like the first month of every fall semester in college. It's also happened when I was sick at some point since my last period - it doesn't even have to be severe illness, just a well-timed cold (at least, I assume that was the issue, because pregnancy was absolutely not a possibility short of alien abduction or divine intervention).

Because skipping your period can be a sign that something is very wrong medically. While it's usually stress related, it can be a sign that something major is wrong possibly including hormonal disorders, or even a sign of certain types of cancer, iirc.

I haven't skipped a period in years, even when I was having my first finals in 7 years + a close family member going through cancer treatment + having a [formally] very close friend essentially go 'IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT I OVER REACTED, AND STILL AM!' every day for multiple weeks [...It was a really shitty time]. So this is really abnormal, even more so since it's more than one month.
