(Anonymous) 2013-08-05 02:10 am (UTC)(link)To me, Mr. Fisch and Phoebus seemed so far apart in character (and, it must be noted, excellently unique deliveries for both characters) that it actually acted upon my ear and I couldn't understand how it could be the same voice actor doing both. Then I realized that Tulio was the missing link between the two voices; his tone and delivery is the exact middle between the two. It's got nothing to do with the characters, but the sound of the voice to me.
