Another reason I don't like Castiel fans in general -- Jimmy is still in that body, and not consenting to anything sexual Castiel does, so that's rape. Great job Castiel, you're not a rapist at all or anything. But these same fans are totally okay with Dean and Castiel getting it on, even though that would be rape too.

um no actually jimmy is dead

he died several seasons ago

at this point if castiel were to leave the body it'd be nothing but a braindead meatsuit. this was the whole point of the episode with jimmy and his family, and why they didn't want castiel in his daughter's body.

Some fans actually write the scene of Jimmy consenting. But as anon above said, Jimmy has been dead for a while now. Either when Cas exploded the first time, or when the Leviathans exploded him again (I think Misha once said that he thought that Jimmy was still on board during Season 6, but then, Misha), but it's pretty much assumed that Cas is riding solo in that meatsuit.

That depends on (a) whether Jimmy IS still in there, which hasn't been established and seems somewhat unlikely after all the explosions and Leviathan possession Cas has been through; (b) if he is, whether he and Cas are able to communicate; and (c) exactly what Jimmy did agree to when he let Cas in. I'm sure sex wasn't explicitly mentioned, but we have no idea just how broad the terms of the agreement were or whether unforeseen circumstances were covered. If Jimmy gave Cas carte blanche to use the body as his own without restrictions, well, he's got consent.

(And yes, you can argue that he never imagined sex would be included and didn't know what he was getting into. But then, you can pretty much say the same thing about anyone who ever agreed to let an angel possess them, period. Caveat emptor, potential vessels.)
