Whenever I have to do something that requires a lot of physical effort, or scares the shit out of me... The theme music for this trailer goes through my head, to remind me that I'm as though and dedicated as a Spartan. It's never failed. (Though I'd never admit this to anyone.)

I enjoy the canon gay interracial pairing too, but sometimes I wish people would give some of their attention to some of the other things happening in town. The fanart and story possibilities abound. My favorites are the Angels. Though I like that there is no stigma around it, in fandom or in universe.

This is the dullest, most repetitive kink meme I've ever seen. I am so disappointed.

b) Even if I did, she's a really disliked character.

Most of the people who still play Diablo 3 now aren't the sorts who will roleplay either... I feel like I'm in a fandom of one sometimes.

I just killed off my online persona after nearly ten years of being active in various fandoms, and am now starting over.

It's more refreshening and liberating than it should be, I think.

I think it's stupid as hell that people who got interested in Norse myth via the Thor movie or the Avengers get scorn heaped upon them, because I got into the Avengers when I heard Norse gods were involved, and people rush to defend me if anyone accuses me of not being a "real fan".

And as a Norse mythology stan, it makes me super excited to have more people to talk to. Sittu heill!

At first I was looking forward to the influx of people to the It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia fandom via Charlie Day in Pacific Rim. I guess I should've figured they'd woobiefy his character in It's Always Sunny and decide he's their "spirit animal" despite the fact that his character is a horrible person who you wouldn't want to even be around much less be. I pretend to be okay with the new fandom just being superficial fangirls just because I want any fandom for this show, even if that fandom is irritating and has no sense of the character they proclaim to love.
