I backslide, but it is nowhere near as intensely bad as it was during my two worst times. I haven't contemplated suicide in a long time. It's just more I have a period of time where I don't want to deal with people and I hate thinking about the crap of my life and can't think of things going better. But then I drag myself out of it again and keep going.

I know it sucks. I have been there. I hope you can overcome it.
