I was already terrified of flying. I tried to avoid this show. But my dad loved it and insisted on watching it even knowing it was making flying even worse for me. Now, thanks to this show, I have a few new things added to my list of things I fear when flying.

just avoid times of solar flares or electromagnetic disturbances, those are the ones that cause most of the crashes when they make the instruments wonky

seriously op there are more bus and bike and car crashes, planes are ridiculously safe all things considered

I used to be perfectly fine with flying, until I started watching this show. Now I have panic attacks every time I board a plane.

Um, yeah, remind me never to watch that.

Have you tried stopping watching the show? It might help.

I did enjoy the movie - more than Tangled, at least - but it was mostly for the characters. Naveen is one of the few Disney princes to have a solid personality and Tiana is one of my favorite Disney princesses.

Also, the friendship between Tiana and Charlotte. Charlotte is also one of my favorite Disney princesses.

MY FEELINGS ABOUT PRINCESS AND THE FROG ARE ALWAYS RELEVANT

These shows actually helped me with my fear of flying. Because at the end of most of them, it's like "and now we know how to prevent this problem forevermore" and it makes me feel better.

Now, Final Destination fucks with me EVERY TIME. Every time I remember that film. I saw it once, and I can't get over it.

I've never heard of this but I kinda want to watch it now. There was a plane crash in my hometown and everyone died (mostly locals). I didn't know anyone but for some reason I was severely traumatized by it. Ever since then, reading or watching things about plane crashes (real or fictional) has been oddly therapeutic for me.

I really loathe flying and think it's wrong on every level. We weren't meant to hurl ourselves through the sky in a bit of tin. However those shows help me cos they give you survival tips! I always choose my seat near an exit, and count the rows between me and an exit, after seeing a programme about what the survivors did that they all had in common.

But... flying still is the safest way of traveling.
