I've been looking at InterExchange and GeoVisions since it's my first time doing something like this, and I'm not totally sure where to start. Does anyone have any experience with them, or with other similar programs? Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Trying looking up reviews for them, which it shouldn't be too hard to google. Also, when you get to deciding on one, see if you can ask them to let you talk to someone whose done it in the country you would be going to. They should be able to point out the parts of the program that aren't so awesome [and the reviews online should give you a feel for if the program is miserable over all.]
