I'm feeling that. I usually say "The song needs to be ramped up at some point." Around the minute mark is where the ramping up happened, but it just kinda slid back instead of launching into awesomeness.

Yeah! I feel the ramp too but it... didn't... go far enough.

I'm just so glad there are other people who feel the same way. I thought I was weird for thinking this for the longest time.

I can't think of any songs in particular, but that's one of my main complaints that I'll pull out if I'm talking about why I didn't really like a song. I really don't like the sound of untapped potentional, apparently.
