Personally, I actually find it boring. I've seen the 'third eye' cliche a *lot* in things I've read over the years, and almost always in that context so it's just...not that weird, or interesting to me anymore.

It also kind of bothers me since that means that they're sending interns out to die for no reason, and that just strikes me as very not Cecil. Kevin, maybe, but not Cecil.
