If you really feel it's worth warning for, just say "warning for discussion of trans* issues" or gender identity issues.

/non-binary who sees nothing offensive about the secret. People have a right to be pissed at people who are thinking shit like "tall? Must be a trans* woman" "has a flat chest? must be a binding trans* man or non-binary person".
