(Anonymous) 2013-08-16 01:06 am (UTC)(link)There is a minimum wage policy, but as ayrt mentioned, employers in the to use it as long as tips make up the difference. Unfortunately, there are some shitty employers who try to get around this and the employees are too desperate for work to try and do something about it. Or they don't know they can try to do something about it
