I can't stand people who agree to plans I make with them, then back out at the last minute because something "better" came along. It's even worse if they don't call and I drive all the way to their place just to have them go "oh sorry I'm gonna do XXXXXX with YYYYY instead of WWWWW with you." Doubly sucks if it's something I spent a lot of money on, like a concert.

Oh, god, I can't even imagine what kind of person would do that, and not even have the decency to lie (I am not being sarcastic here)
