Apparently, there's this thing now where you make cut-off shorts, but you cut them above where the pockets hang. So you have pocket flaps chilling where everyone can see them. And then you stick your giant smart phone in your pocket, and there it is, bulging out below the hem of your shorts. It's hideous and mind-boggling. I want so badly to go and cut the pockets off so there's a uniform end to the pant.

ADDITIONALLY. There are these shirts now that say "AYE HE'S MINE" and "AYE SHE'S MINE," and people buy them, and then they put each other's names on them (for example: Bob has a shirt that says "AYE SHE'S MINE" on the front with "SHELLY" on the back, and Shelly has a shirt that says "AYE HE'S MINE" on the front with "BOB" on the back). ...what? I mean, I guess it's sweet, but it's unbelievably tacky. And what happens if you break up? You can never, ever wear that shirt again. Unless you go searching for someone with the same name as your ex, which would be a little weird ("What first attracted you to me, honey?" "The fact that, if we dated, I could wear my favorite shirt once more!").

What clothing choices do you question, F!S?

wearing pants or shorts with the waistline down around the ass. I just want to walk up and yank them down. I also don't wanna get my ass kicked, so I don't.

My brother loved that style when he was a teenager. Then one day, Daddy got sick of him and his attitude and literally kicked him in the ass.

Yup, you are not alone in wanting to do it but not because it would land me in far more trouble than it's worth.

The high cut-offs with pockets hanging out isn't new, if that's any consolation (at least, I remember seeing them occasionally in '70s/'80s movies)...

here in Korea everyone wears socks with sandals. EVERYONE. everywhere.

there's also a vogue on for micro mini shorts under big baggy oversized shirts, so it looks like people are wearing nothing but the shirts. It's waiflike and unnerving, I don't wanna see your ladybits ladies. Not to mention the pastel skinny-jean shorts on the dudes. (although I mostly like the men's fashion)

Believe me, you don't need to be in Korea to see socks in sandals. It's horrible.

I like socks with sandals. Bite my sock-clad feet.

For some reason the sandals thing made me giggle - but yeah. Some people do it here too.

OMG, that is all the rage at my daughter's high school. I'm like - only old men in Jersey wear white cotton socks with slip-on sandals! Stoppit!!

Socks with sandals is HUGE in southern US. Dudes and (some) ladies wear them with oversized basketball shorts and giant t-shirts. Since it's Florida, we see that until winter, when a big ass puffy jacket with hood is layered on top. It's hilarious looking (giant jackets with shorts).

Skinny jeans - particularly on guys. Idk why but it just looks horrible to me - and it seems like every guy wears them around here.

Yeah, it's not that big a deal. It's just shirt. Throw it out if you break up.

I don't care what people wear. If they're happy and comfortable and don't force me to wear it, then whatever. You want to wear a flower print lycra bodysuit? Go for it! Try to pressure me into doing the same? No. Absolutely not.

Well I'm pretty old-fashioned, I know, but I'm a big fan of dignity, tact and taste in clothing. Loud mixed prints, screaming day-glo colors, excessive bling, torn or hole-riddled or stained clothes which are not obviously work clothes, and anything that doesn't at least make some feeble effort at fitting properly and covering the essentials are all cringe-worthy in my book.

(On the other hand, I really don't give a rat's ass whether anything's fashionable, seasonably appropriate, or sexy.)

Those shirts that are intentionally ripped into strips in places and look like laddered pantyhose.

Anything with animal print. There is little I hate more.

Also, (in my country, at least) guys started wearing caps on the very very top of their heads some time ago. They look incredibly stupid that way. I'm always tempted to flick them off their heads when walking by them.
