Ummm.... what? I am seriously confused. lmao Why am I a racist idiot? Because I think Aeris is a better name and she is awesome in the original game?

Because Aeris is and always has been a serious translation error and if you knew even a tiny bit of Japanese, you'd know this. Same as Safer Sephiroth. Or do you prefer that over Seraph Sephiroth when the latter is correct because OMG OGC IS 100% PURE!!!!

lol nope. Aeris is not "Aerith" in the Japanese version. She is エアリス. And yes, I have PLAYED the Japanese version. I own it for PS1. haha And Aeris is not a "serious translation error" either, it has a legitimate meaning, too - and there were numerous translation inconsistencies at that time, because no one was on the same page. No matter how butthurt you are about it, regardless, Aeris is Aeris in the original game, and you whining about "racism" (wtf?) is not going to change that. Fans are allowed to prefer the name, and associate it with an awesome character, that was ruined when her name became "Aerith."

Also Aerith sounds stupid. lmao you are really in the mood for trolling if you're trying to claim that is racist.you sound racist yourself for demanding that we ~worship~ every name Japanese creators come up with, no matter how dumb they are.

Another thing, you're wrong about Safer Sephiroth. Safer comes from the Hebrew Kabbalah, as most things in FFVII did, including Sephiroth's name.
