Yeah, *nods* Atlantis hadn't had such high ratings since... oh wait.

PS: She is a Mary Sue, and a useless whore.

Don't watch the series but how is she a useless whore? Not being sarcastic, I'm just curious as to why you think that way.

She's not. She's a progressive character who learns and adapts to situations based on past mistakes.

People only think she is, because she:
1) Replaced Weir.
2) People don't rag on her when she fucks up because she reacts appropriately.
3) They don't watch the show enough to see that she actually makes mistakes.

She was always flirtying with all the guys, got engaged with Pete just to make O'neill jealous. She was the "every alien that meets her falls in love with her" character, and in one instance she used a character's feelings for her against him to made him fall into a set up.

And I've laways thought that the traces of a Mary Sue are to have every character going on about how great they are without much to show for it. And having every male character falling in love with the Mary Sue, playing down every mistake as if the mistakes made this person aren't really mistakes because it was her.

I alaways felt other characters did more than her and were more remarkable than her, but Carter got the credit.

If that's the case, wouldn't O'Neill and Daniel be in that position too? They're on the same level of taking credit and overshadowing other characters... not to mention that they've also had their fair share of awkward romances.

I'm not insulting what you're saying, btw... just sort of elaborating another perspective inwhich she's on equal par with the other characters.

Yeah, and let's add to it that O'neill is an imbecile and a joke, and Daniel is the male whore of SG1.

I stopped watching that show when they killed one of the only likable characters left, and got rid of the other.

Could you tell me who you thought were the only two likable characters are?

Janet and Jonas.

Wow. You really did need to stop watching the show, because it was waaaaaay over your head. And it's not like it's a very complex show either.

hehe, so if your opinion is different from mine I don't get it?, typical fabrat.

SG1 was a dumb show full of stereotypes, I only watched it out of some weird loyalty to the movie, when I realized it sucked and was never going to live up the movie I stopped.
