Yeah, I am fine with adult. But if someone hurts an animal, child, elderly, sick, or otherwise incapable of defending themselves, those are the limits for me. :|

I'm late to the party but I wanted to say I'm glad you included the elderly and sick. Since I was a child I had this massive aversion to characters who (verbally) abused the elderly. Even just making fun of an old person made me almost start crying and it hasn't changed.

A few days ago I saw a bunch of teenagers immitating an old man's way of walking. I guess he couldn't hear them or simply ignored them as they followed him around. I had to keep myself from punching each one of them.

I am the same way! I don't know if you have seen Requiem for a Dream, but one of the characters is an older lady. Her story was the one that messed me up the most. Her ending scene had me sobbing so hard, I thought I was going to pass out.
