You could make their gonads internal, since they're being internally impregnated, so they just have fully-developed dicks on the outside. And also maybe eliminate the ability to ejaculate, though keep the urethra where it is, to further differentiate the omega males from the alphas (all the stories only seem to focus on the alpha's oceans of ejaculate, anyway).
