They could take two separate tracks: Nolanverse Catwoman Standalone Prequel and Everything Else in some other movie series - like how The Avengers and its related movies do not cross over with the Spiderman or X-Men franchises - but I guess we have to wait and see whether they are going to use any of the Nolanverse in other movies.

Well, I think Marvel would LOVE to get Spiderman and X-Men into the MCU (esp Spiderman). But until they get them back from whatever studios have them, they are SOL.

Wasn't that what 'The Amazing Spider-man' was all about? They rebooted it so that they can have Spider-man show up in Avengers films?

No, but close. The not-Marvel right owners of Spiderman rebooted it so they wouldn't lose the rights to it. Marvel still doesn't own Spiderman in terms of movie rights, so Spiderman isn't going to show up in the MCU.
