Cool fandom friendship memories

Was going to post something depressing about fandom friendships, but decided to be happy instead. So, what are some of your fandom friendship memories?

One of mine takes place the night I graduated high school; I didn't go on the "senior cruise" (basically a two hour long boat ride) because I either didn't like or didn't know most of them, and all of my friends were either going anyway (I didn't feel like watching them try to be friends with the cool kids one last time) or doing stuff with their family. I hung out with mine, which was fun, then I went online and some of my good fandom friends were online, and we had a little AIM chatroom graduation party. It was so dorky, but it's one of those things that makes me glad I was in fandom as a teenager. I don't really talk to any of those people anymore, but I'll never forget who was there for me that night.

Aw, that was very sweet of them.

I don't have any one memory, but it was mostly my fandom friends being generally nice and us having nice chats? Nothing really stands out.

One time on an oekaki board, a ton of people made me gift art for my birthday. It was really sweet and totally made my day.

I met one of my fandom friends when I filled one of her prompts on our fandom's kinkmeme, and she liked it so much that she wrote a fic of my fill.
