What do those words even mean in this context.

And what else would you call a complete rejection of of any possible lingering objectivity in favour of 'a woman is the only person who can judge what a woman is saying'. It's self evidently a ridiculous approach, and is clearly the product of viewing the world through a single narrow lense, rather than any broader perspective.
