I try to at least respond when someone takes up one of my prompts, even if the fic they are writing is not to my tastes (no, Femme!Bagginshield (with both female) does nothing for me, but I still gave the go-ahead for it on one of my prompts).
Even when I don't expect it, I try to be thankful that they have taken what I've said and written fic because of it.

I just hope I haven't left someone waiting and waiting on thanks I failed to give.
