It depends on how you are using the word. If you are referring to institutionalized misandry, then yes, it doesn't exist.

If you are referring to an *individuals* hatred of men, then yes, it can exist.

You need to be aware that a huge chunk of the population is not going to know how the definitions of words we use in feminist discourse differ from the definitions they are used to.
