Yeah, my cowriter friend and I try not to use any words at all really, but sometimes you don't have a choice. I think I prefer the more clinical terms but I don't like penis--I like dick. But it depends on the character. If I'm writing a guy that is not the type to refer to his own penis as a "dick" then I'm stuck.

That said, I still don't know how I feel about the term clit. But since I write stuff in a medieval fantasy genre (Fire Emblem) using modern terminology might pull people out too. hgkdfafj;dsal seriously a dilemma.
