I mentioned The Thrilling Adventure Hour a couple days ago, and I'll mention it again. Live comedy in the style of old-time radio, all-star casts, overall very clever.

The only other podcast I listen to is Kevin and Ursula Eat Cheap, a nonfiction show in which Ursula Vernon (author of the webcomic Digger, the kids' series Dragonbreath, and original creator of the LOLWUT pear, among other things) and her longterm-partner-now-husband Kevin Sonney review packaged food. Far more awesome than it sounds.
