[Picture is Ryuk from the Death Note anime/manga series, as portrayed in the live action version. He is a humanoid creature (a shinigami) He is inside a convenience store, standing tall and almost reaching the ceiling, fairly above the shelves. He has a thin waist and broad shoulders. He is either very furry or is wearing furry clothing, but anyway, he looks like he has dark fur all over his body, with particularly long hairs on his shoulders. He has claw-like kind of skeletal-like dark gray hands with some metallic rings on some fingers. He has a brown collar and a large brown belt. He has a frankly scary face with very wide eyes kind of bulging out with dark irises and no pupils and yellow sclera, with black around them. His lips are painted black, extending to his ears. He has sharp teeth, maybe? He has short black hair with a widow's peak, standing up in spikes. His skin on his face is white. He has fairly human-like ears.]

I don't know why I love this photo so much. It's so utterly perfect and I'm weirdly obsessed with it.

It doesn't look that scary to me, but I do think the picture works really well in how it frames Ryuk--because the ends of both shelves are overlapped by his arms, he seems to pop out a bit, like he's too big for the picture itself.
