In today's newsletter, under the headline "[Agency subdivision] is hip to the social media movement":

"[Overall agency]'s Tumblr account currently has 125 posts with 757 followers."

Considering that this is a federal agency which interacts with just about everyone in the United States, I do not feel this is an accomplishment to announce with pride.

I think the best part of this story is that a government division has a Tumblr account. I just find that funny as hell. What would they even post on there? Do they reblog pictures of flowers and sunsets in between text posts telling people to check out their Twitter?
