Oh, and none of my games cost over $40. And I can watch television while I play. And it's easier, and always free with the games I play, to connect to another computer to play multiplayer. And I can mod games. And I can upgrade my computer how I want, when I want, without buying a completely new computer. And I can still play if I lose the game disc. I can install games made for previous systems with little to no problem, and I know I'll be able to install programs made in the future with no problem, instead of having to buy a new system.
And, if I want to, I can do two or three or eight of these things at once, switching between them.
Yeah, I guess there are no real advantages over consoles.

In fairness, I can do that while playing console games... because I watch TV on my computer. ;)
