Re: Scary movie therapy

Most scary movies I watch freak me out because I'm a scaredy cat. LOL Most recently, I went with my best friend to watch "The Conjuring", which really scared the crap out of me, and we went to go watch "Pacific Rim" immediately after so I was too excited over "Pacific Rim" to be afraid of "The Conjuring".

In general, when I start thinking about things that scare me, I distract myself by watching or doing something fun. Either watch a few eps of "The Office" or play a board game with my family.
