Oddly enough, one that's good for relaxing the lower back is laying down with your legs bent at the knees. That position forces your lower back to lay relatively flat against whatever your laying on and it can feel *amazing* after a long day, particularly if it's been hurting. I usually pull my knees up to my chest if I've been having a particularly bad day - but idk if that really effects it.

Ooh, that sounds good. I've tried just lying flat on my back and pushing my lower back down, but it just hurt more. I'll definitely use this. Thanks!
