They've ruled out syncope, yes, but have you had your bloodwork checked for deficiencies? Sometimes it's just as simple as not enough B12. (not in my case b/c mine is caused by the physical bones themselves being ... non-standard)

See if you can get a referral to an ENT/otolaryngologist. Especially for Meniere's, b/c that can get nasty.

Well, I am in Florida, so that can generally be assumed of almost any doctor around here.

Anyway, my most recent labs came back normal (I have to have bloodwork done every few months because of the arthritis meds I'm on), but tomorrow I'll definitely talk to my primary care doc about the possibility of seeing an ENT specialist. I could probably do with a visit to one anyway considering how often I get head-colds and ear infections, so...yeah. Thanks for the advice!
