Sure, as long as you follow their groupthink. Here's a recent example of the culture there. (Technically this comes from an offshoot board, populated by Mark Watchers and who follow Mark's philosphy):

When somebody was pissing and moaning because people were calling Prince George a boy, and isn't that too early, because George hasn't decided yet!!!" somebody else said that baby's don't have a gender identity. At that point, it's up the parents, who are likely going to go by the most dominant sexual characteristic.

A mod says:
This was reported for being gross, so clearly it bothered someone, hence I'm going to have to ask you to stop.

So, all someone has to do is decide that you're "gross" and a mod will swoop right in to silence you so as to protect the fragile little marginalized flowers who live there. That was about the time I stopped going there.
