So, after taking a break from my porny fic, I've recently started at it again, making my way through some of the more emotional aspects to it. But now I'm back to the porn.

IDGI. I've written "first time fucking a dude," "first blowjob from a dude (at the workplace, no less)" and make-up sex. So you'd think this guy giving his first handjob/reach around after being Mr. Selfish Bi Panic wouldn't be all that difficult. And yet.

maybe you could work on the relationship between the two characters? such as some trust-building scenes & cute moments that are separate from the porn.
or increase the UST (especially from his POV), so he's looking forward to it more.

or maybe the character has some more internal conflict stuff to work through, before he's ready for something more serious.
