hi hi yes there is TNG fandom over on tumblr. You'll be wanting to hang around on http://fuckyeahtng.tumblr.com/ and peruse lesliecrusher's tumblr and find the people to follow from there. (I'm Mizufae there, as I am everywhere. Sometimes I do TNG talk.) The thing is that it's fairly scattershot - most of us talk about all sorts of things, but TNG is like the touchstone. http://sttngfashion.tumblr.com/ is super duper fun, and http://larptrek.tumblr.com/ is hilarious. There's lots and lots of us!
