Ooh, ooh. This is for cake, technically, but I HAVE tried this and it's delicious. (Fair warning - I used an actual ramekin, not a mug.)

Perfectly acceptable to use sugar instead of maple syrup or agave. (Vegan recipes often use these as a sugar substitute, since a lot of sugar in the States is processed with bone char. Sugar in Australia does NOT use bone char, so I'm free to just use regular caster sugar.)

It's actually super filling. I can make one and share it with my Mum, no problem.
