Means nothing to me and I'm an American. I'm trying to figure it out based on what I know of thene's hatred for Republicans and that they mentioned the lady was a Republican, but I'm not sure if the so-called-masterpiece is referring to Obama, the guy on the bench, or the former presidents as the forgotten man. It's kinda hard to tell with a low-res copy of mediocre digital art, though.

The white dude is the forgotten man and the painting is about how Obama hates him and the rest of the Presidents are commenting on it in various ways

I am just going 'what the everloving shit' at the whole thing tbh. I'm not American, though my roommates both are. I guess my irony meter has a lower breaking point than theirs, too.
