For HP, have you read the Sacrifices Arc by Lightning on the Wave? It starts with Saving Connor and is an AU of all seven books. It starts of with Harry's twin Connor being believed to be the Boy Who Lived. I have to confess, I didn't finish reading it because it got too dark for my tastes somewhere around book five or six, but it's seriously long and well-written, IIRC. It's Harry/Draco, though.
Also Prince of the Dark Kingdom, which I'm reading right now. Also AU, but one where Voldemort won the first war. It's a bit too heavy on the religion (Voldemort, and Harry through Voldemort, is pagan and wants to convert the Wizarding World back to the pagan ways. And conquer it, of course), but it's well-written and over a million words, so. Not finished, though. Apparently it's in the early chapters of book 7.
Oh, Timely Errors (time-travel, Harry in his parent's time) is also over 100,000 words long.
For other fandoms, I recently read Whispers from the Rye (or on AO3), a Yuuri/Wolfram Kyo Kara Maou! fic. That's 400,000 words long. Also One Year, same as before, but "only" 130,000 words long.
Written in the Stars is a Yugi/Atem Yu-Gi-Oh! fic of 200,000 words.
I have more on AO3, but I don't know how to sort your bookmarks by word count over there (if that's even possible) and I don't quite feel up to sorting through those at the moment. Do you like the MCU? Most of my bookmarks are probably MCU and Clint/Coulson, or at least Clint centric. Is that even your cup of tea?
(Oh, and do you know about FLAG? It's great for downloading fic from FFN, especially if you want to read fic on your ereader. :D)
