What are you looking forward to?

Seasons are changing, we are heading towards the end of the year. What movies/shows/books/games/family events are you looking forward to?

I can't wait for the new show Almost Human. I am also looking forward to the return of The Walking Dead and Supernatural. And of course....Sherlock!!!!!

And soon Thor 2 will be out. /dances Or course the second part of The Hobbit as well. If nothing else, I hope it gives a boost to fic writing in the random.

What are y'all looking forwards to F!S?

I could probably write an essay on the movies I want to see in 2014....but for now, after Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2, i'm done this year.

I have not even planned that far ahead! I should look and see what movies are coming out in 2014. The only one I know for sure will be the last Hobbit. Not sure when Avengers 2 is coming out. 2015?

The return of Grimm and Sherlock, and the possible new episodes of Poirot (I can't believe that they'll finally get to the end). I haven't really followed the trailers for any new series, but I guess that I have to watch at least the SHIELD series.

And even though Dexter has been pretty bad lately, I'm looking forward to the finale.

Teen Wolf 3B in January, new seasons of Grimm and SPN, I would say DragonCon but I won't be going for the first time in 13 years (sniff), lots of movies, including The Maze Runner which doesn't come out until February.

I was so confused when people were talking about Teen Wolf 3B. I have never heard people refer to a hiatus like that. O.o

I'm also excited for Thor 2.

For games... I really want Watch_Dogs, Thief, Witcher 3, FFXV a bunch of other next-gen games. Oh and I want Lightning Returns despite never being interested in her series before. The combat sold me. Also, how can I forget Metal Gear Solid V...

The only game I am looking forward to is the mobile Plants Vs Zombies. :D

And maybe Sims 4 in like 2 years, once the hype for it dies down.

My week-long holiday starts today *dances* so I am happy about that. Movie-wise I am in agreement with looking forward to Thor 2 and Desolation of Smaug, plus going to see Elysium in the next couple of days too.

Also I shall possibly be going to the London McM expo in october and Dragonmeet in novemeber. One of the NFL London games is coming up soon too I believe and those are a lot of fun to attend(need to buy a stupid flag this year, forgot last time).

SHEILD, Almost Human, the return of Person of Interest, Walking Dead, Sherlock, and Teen Wolf. And yea, Thor: The Dark World, Captain America: Winter Soldier and The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug.

Also Metal Gear Solid V, but I'm having difficulty remembering what other games come out next year. Maybe Dragon Age 3? Though my thoughts on that are more "This isn't going to run on my computer" and "Is this going to be another disappointment?" than "COME TO ME!"

Oh, and Batman: Arkham Origins. I haven't been following it too closely, but the other games are some of my recent favorites and I'm always up for more gliding across Gotham.

I'm looking forward to Downton Abbey coming back. I will then proceed to hate it passionately all winter.

Also very excited for Philomena - an incredibly depressing movie with the Dench that's due to be released in November.

And season two of Moone Boy! Has anyone else watched Moone Boy? Chris O'Dowd's show. Completely perfect.

I'm looking forward to autumn in general because seriously, fuck summers in Florida. This year, I have a lot more than cool weather, Halloween and Mellowcreme Pumpkins. I'm starting my second-to-last semester on Monday, which is bittersweet because I love my university so much that I hate to say goodbye. On the other hand, I'm taking two back-to-back courses with one of my favorite professors, and one of them is about studying pulp fiction magazines. Should be a lot of fun even if it is really challenging.

Fandom-wise, I'm looking forward to Catching Fire, Pokemon X/Y, The Hobbit, Kingdom Hearts 1.5 and Thor 2.

I just want fall weather and The Walking Dead.

I want Blue Is The Warmest Colour and Grand Central to come out here with English subtitles, but that won't be for a long while.

Idgaf about Rush or The Fifth Estate, but I am pleased with Daniel Brühl's talents receiving more recognition outside of Europe. Mostly though, I get selfish glee out of his new fans discovering my OTP (which he portrayed half of) because my graphics and fic have gotten more attention.

Definitely Supernatural as well, and Hannibal's second season, which is much, much further away. I don't even know how many rewatches I'll have been through by next spring or so, lol.

As for family events, I'm also looking forward to being with my husband again! (We're working through immigration paperwork right now and I'm hoping I'll be back in Canada before the end of the year. I don't know if that's hopelessly optimistic or what.)
