Jadis, The White Witch. Personally, I prefer Barbara Kellerman's version, but Tilda Swinton's was also magnificent.

Do the Norn from Guild Wars 2 count? They're technically not human even if they just look like human giants. I made a rather handsome Norn character a few weeks ago.

The Sylvari from GW2 are also very pretty. :D Colourful tree people FTW!
