I eat raisin bran to help me poop and then you have to go so badly. I don't poop at work because I'm afraid of clogging the toilet (it's sensitive) so I will use a different public restroom near my office.

Best bet is to find the bathroom that works for you. At home, if my brother is around, I run the shower water and then go. In college, I used to go to other floors and then it wouldn't matter.
