24. Also not a Rinoa fan, here. I haven't read enough DN to have anything against Misa, and from what I did read she seemed fine...but Rinoa just needed rescuing so much, you know? I feel like I would've come away from FFVIII resenting her a bit even if I had loved her characterization, so I blame it more on bad plotting (which FFVIII, though I honestly do love it so, had in abundance) than anything else.

26. Hmm. Maybe you should just...weigh your options? I mean, would it make you happier to play the game and have fun with your new ship than it would to not play it and ignore the new canon?

I HATED GS4 Phoenix, and his presence really kept Odoroki (who is awesome) from getting his own time to shine. Phoenix felt like he really held the game back from moving on, especially since it was Phoenix without everybody who makes him PHOENIX.

But that's just me.
