I would be more inclined to agree with you if you used some pictures of vintage erotica to illustrate your point, like the poster of the secret. Even Betty Page would do.

As nice as I think vintage erotica is, I don't know how to illustrate "beating fans into enjoying masochism just because they aren't kinky enough is kind of fucked up" with it.
