Rukia's height and weight seem okay to me. I'm Asian, I'm just about Rukia's height and weight (slightly heavier) and I'm 18. My weight is normal for my height in my country's height-weight comparative scale.
I know it's not the same way in other countries, especially in different continents, but I just wanted to share this. I'm not really reacting to any of the other things in the posted secret or your comment. :)

However, I'm looking at a white paper done in 2004 by the Ministry of Education in Japan researching the average heights and weights of students, and according to this, the average height of a 15 year old female (which Rukia passes for) is 157.2cm and 52.3 kg. At 144cm and 33kg, I still don't consider Rukia to meet the "average" height and weight presented by Japan -- she is still, according to this paper, the "average" height of someone between 10 and 11 years old, and a tiny bit underweight for that. (On the other hand, Orihime is exactly as tall as is average in Japan for a girl her age, and a little lighter.)
It seems to me like -- regardless of whether the secret poster is Asian or not -- aspiring to be a "normal" Japanese girl of her relative age is far more desirable than aspiring to be Rukia, who is still literally according to Bleach canon so short that she fits into clothes stolen from Ichigo's 10 year old sisters. That is not "normal" height, and regardless of whether or not it's normal, unless the OP is 4'8", she should not even be considering seeking to be Rukia's 72 lbs. It would be extremely unhealthy, to say the least.

And like I said, I wasn't commenting on anything else in the secret the user posted or your comment. But I do see your point. (How did you get the URL for this white paper, by the way? It is very interesting and informative.)

Ahh, I see your point. Yeah, I wasn't saying that Rukia was unhealthy for her own height group -- on the contrary, I think that for people that tiny, she and Hinamori (2cm taller, 6kg heavier) are both pretty acceptable weights, although Rukia may be a little underweight, but she isn't skeletal. (Now, Kira, he's a little skeletal.) I'm only saying that for people not that tiny, before considering how little she weighs, they should consider how small she is.
I don't mean to bash anyone in your height/weight group in particular. ^_~
