Actually if I multitask while trying to listen to it I'll end up zoning out and not actually listening to the entire thing. Which is my problem. I'd have to just sit there and do nothing but listen for the full 20 to 30 minutes, which I don't want to do, unless I can find transcripts to read along with it.

I am the same exact way, OP. And reading transcripts while listening wouldn't work because I read faster than the show goes along, and then also tend to tune out now and then.

I like to listen to it when I'm trying to relax so I can sleep. It works really well.
